I have always been passionate for healthy eating & living. Eating plant-based foods has changed my life for the better. Ever since eating this way, I have been able to stay more focused and disciplined. In addition, I have become more energetic and happier. Eating plant-based allows me to get all my necessary nutrients and more, while thriving! Once I realized all the benefits of eating plant-based and how restricted schools' lunch options are for students like me, I wanted to give my fellow peers in my community the option to take control of their health and step outside of their comfort zone.
